I’m a proud mom to three amazing adult kids (including a set of boy/girl twins), a freelance painter, and a mixed-media artist who finds endless inspiration in nature. I live life with a creative edge, and sharing my passion to inspire others is my true calling.

As a passionate artist and educator, I’m dedicated to helping others discover their creative potential. Through my unique, technique-based approach, I empower aspiring artists to build a portfolio of skills, practice confidently, and develop their own artistic voice. I believe that art is a journey, and I’m committed to guiding my students every step of the way—from the spark of an idea to the completion of a final piece.

Teaching Techniques to Uncover Your Artistic Voice

As a published multi-medium artist, I specialize in teaching others the techniques and tools they need to uncover their own artistic voice. My approach focuses on building a portfolio of skills, exploring diverse surfaces and mediums, and combining techniques in new and exciting ways. I believe in the power of practice and encourage my students to use art journals as idea books—safe spaces to refine techniques and bring creative ideas to life.

I’ve worked as an Art Educator with a variety of art manufacturers and have had my work and studio featured in publications such as Better Homes & Gardens, Painting World Magazine, Home Depot Online Room Inspirations, Creating Keepsakes, Simple Scrapbooks, Just Mixed Media, and Simply Crafts. I’m also a proud member of the Association of Creative Industries and the Society of Decorative Painters.
